Hi Subhashini,

You can download the shell as part of the normal community install for Windows:
 https://www.mongodb.com/download-center#community

The download page could be clearer as it currently mentions "Windows Server 64-bit and later", but that definitely includes Windows 7 (see:  Determine which MongoDB build you need in the Windows installation instructions). I'll raise a DOCS issue to improve this.

If you happen to be a MongoDB Atlas user, there is also a link to download a relevant shell version from the Connect dialog: https://docs.atlas.mongodb.com/mongo-shell-connection/#select-connect-with-the-mongo-shell.
