Oplog Schema Definition?

Is there an official documentation of the schema of oplog entries? What values for op are used? What's the meaning of the h field? When is a o2 field present and so on ...

I didn't find anything at http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/

Oplog format is an internal implementation detail, but of course you can find the info in the source.

Ops are insert, update, delete, command, noop... There may be some other ones I'm forgetting.

"h" is a unique hash. o2 carries the _id of the document being updated...
