Did you find a solution to this?  I am getting the same problem with a new install

Due to the way SUSE 11 stores SSL certificates, special configuration of the Automation Agent is required.

First, please check that /etc/ssl/certs/UTN_USERFirst_Hardware_Root_CA.pem exists. This is the root certificate for mms.mongodb.com

Assuming the file exists, please add the following line to your Automation Agent's configuration file:
sslTrustedMMSServerCertificate=/etc/ssl/certs/UTN_USERFirst_Hardware_Root_CA.pem

Then restart your Automation Agent. This should address the issue.

Thanks for your patience.

This is great - it certainly seems to have solved the issue for me.  Thanks Peter!
