Mongodb- notification for collection update.

Can  Mongodb send a signal to server or browser to refresh itself once it has a update within any collection, like the notification from couchdb?

My other application is using rabbitmq with redis to get the same result. But on this project I am using node.js, and rabbitmq does not work with javascript.
