and add them back: http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/expand-replica-set/#add-members-to-a-replica-set

please, be sure all server are running against the same --replSet value, like:

mongod --port 27017 --dbpath /srv/mongodb/rs0-0 --replSet rs0 --smallfiles --oplogSize 128
mongod --port 27018 --dbpath /srv/mongodb/rs0-1 --replSet rs0 --smallfiles --oplogSize 128
mongod --port 27019 --dbpath /srv/mongodb/rs0-2 --replSet rs0 --smallfiles --oplogSize 128

Let us know if you are running all replicaset member under the same key.
