can mongodb run a test for new modified configuration yml file before start mongod, like nginx:nginx -t?

Hi Janwen. mongod does not have an option to check if a configuration file has changed at startup.
MongoDB doesn't have an official configuration file template for production, but a good place to start would be:
the RHEL/CentOS config
the Debian/Ubuntu config
notes on production systems
from the documentation
