mongod config test?

can mongodb run a test for new modified configuration yml file  before start mongod, like nginx:nginx -t?

by the way,mongodb officaly provide a copy of configuration file template for production?

Hi Janwen. mongod does not have an option to check if a configuration file has changed at startup.

MongoDB doesn't have an official configuration file template for production, but a good place to start would be:

• the RHEL/CentOS config
  
• the Debian/Ubuntu config
  
• notes on production systems from the documentation
