Compatibility of C#-Driver 2.4.1 and .Net 4.5

Hey,

I want to use the new C#-Driver 2.4.2 on a System that is limited to .Net 4.5. Can I assume that this C#-Driver is fully compatible with .NET 4.5?
According to the compatibility matrix I found I would think that it is, but the matrix is not updated to 2.4 so far.

Have you tried it out and is there an official statement for the compatibility?

Yes, the 2.4.2 version of the C# driver is compatible with .NET Framework 4.5 (and later).

There is a pending DOCS ticket to update the compatibility matrix.
