For monitoring there is a list of plug-is for the common tools

MMS can also provide monitoring, see mms.10gen.com

There is a 10gen Lab project as well

For management, that's more tricky since you want to Orchestrate state and processes across many machines. I'm sure there must be Chef and Puppet scripts out there...
