Is it possible change the following string:

Display mongo Help

To:

Display help from mongo

I think this suggestion is better for Spanish translation with Smartling.

You can definitely reorder the phrasing, if that is what you are asking.

Can I to send a pull-request to git repo with this change?

Let me be more explicit.
  1. The phrase is being separated because the Sphinx directive :program: mongo becomes a bolded word.
  2. The best translation for this phrase would be: "Mostrar la ayuda de mongo"
Look at these captures:

Imágenes integradas 1

Imágenes integradas 2

As seen, when I try to translate, I can leaving space blank on the end word, Smartling don't restricts this change, but I think isn't good do it.

So, I think to keep order, I could send a pull-request to the repository to change this title to: "Display help from mongo" and then the translation into Spanish would have no problems.

What do you say about this?
Could It affect the change to other languages?
Suggestions, please.

Ok, so I just tried and corrected this on http://es.docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/getting-started/

What you need to do is:
1. Click on the phrase to translate
2. The interface displays "Display  mongo   Help ¶  "
3. The words with grey backgrounds cannot be translated but can be placed in the translated text by clicking on them
4. So I entered "Mostrar la ayuda de " in the translated field
5. I then clicked " mongo" and "¶ " to get them into the translated field
6. The character will appear in the translated page temporarily but does not appear in the actual site (if you strip off ?smartling_editmode=1 then the CSS should correctly hide it)

Net: when you see a word or character with a grey background in the translation interface, you can click on that to copy it over to the translated phrase.

Does this help?

Ed,

What I meant, is to get -and use- the best practice to phrase translation on the table of content (contents Sphinx directive)... i.e., on top of the document.

Hi everyone. New team member is here :)

I have the similar question but regarding Russian language.

I think this screenshot explains everythin that worries me:

I'm not that familiar with Sphynx and I don't know how does it generate translation helpers for sidebar links, but on the page that is after that link I can translate the title just as I wanted:

Any suggestions on how can I resolve this issue?

Hi Oleg,

For this, I have translated "Using the" to "Mostrar la ayuda de".

Then, I left blank to string "Shell" but with the help of nbsp, look at the little button above the text box.
