MongoDB 2.1.0 unstable available for testing

MongoDB 2.1.0 is now available for testing.
As a reminder, 2.1.0 is a development release and is not intended for
production use.
The 2.1 series will evolve into 2.2 which will be for production.

Locks will be at the level of the database; not page/row/collection for now.
