Thank you for submitting the pull requests. Sorry we haven't been able to look at them yet. We will try to provide feedback as soon as possible.

Generally the pull requests that we look at first are for JIRA tickets that will be resolved in the next release. We are currently wrapping up the 1.8 release so we probably won't include any new features for this release.

At this point CSHARP-672 is still scheduled for 1.8. The other two JIRA tickets (613 and 650) are not scheduled for 1.8.
