Casbah 3.0.0 released

The 3.0.0 Casbah (Scala) Driver has been released.

This release upgrades the underlying Java driver to the 3.0.4 version and therefore requires some updates to code already built upon previous releases of the driver. For more information please see the documentation site http://mongodb.github.io/casbah/3.0
