MongoDB 3.6.0-rc2 is released

MongoDB 3.6.0-rc2 is out and is ready for testing. This is the culmination of the 3.5.x development series. 

Fixed in this release candidate:

• SERVER-14601  All "not master" errors should use the same error code
• SERVER-20432  $regex prefix search with escaped "|" should use tighter index bounds
• SERVER-31047  Rollback doesnt properly cancel out index drop/create operations when there are multiple indexes on the same collection
• SERVER-31292  Explain of a $match agg stage does not reflect optimizations
• SERVER-31721  Invalid $expr within $and can segfault on call to optimize
• TOOLS-1820    Remove deprecated mongooplog tool
