Version 0.5 of MongoDB for Windows Azure has been released. This release includes many bug fixes and enhancements. Additionally the code has been refactored with consistent namespace and class names. Here are the highlights:

* https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/AZURE-27: Prevent recycle of instances for debugging
* https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/AZURE-32: Support for MongoDB production binaries
* https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/AZURE-4: Dynamic changing of MongoDB log levels
* https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/AZURE-38: Support for the latest Windows Azure SDK

A list of all issues (features, bugs) that were part of the release can be found at https://jira.mongodb.org/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?projectId=10482&version=11082.

As always, we greatly appreciate any feedback. Please report bugs at https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/AZURE against the 0.5 release or start a discussion on the mongodb-user list.

Note: This release is backward breaking especially with namespace change

Thanks to all the developers who contributed to or tested this release!
