Coding Style Guide

Hi!

I think it is a good idea for everyone to follow a certain coding
guidelines in order to have the project code base a consistent feel in
terms of coding and documentation. I propose that we follow the google
style guide below (particularly on the comment section):

I think that is a great idea.

Good idea.  However, if it conflicts with the existing code style we should yield to the style that's already being used (I took a quick look and it didn't seem to).
