mongeez 0.9.3 has been released

Hello All,

We have released the 3rd version of mongeez (0.9.3) and it has been synced into the Central maven repo already.

If you don't use maven you could download it manually from the Central maven repo.

List of changes:

• add support for MongoDB 2.4 [pull 25]
  
• migrate mongeez from log4j to slf4j [commit]
  
• cleanup pom.xml and code
