Mongeez Reload

I've been using Mongeez for a while and I found it pretty useful! But I found that If I have to make any change on the 'xml' configuration files I have to delette the mongo DB to reload the new changes. I've tried to add the sentence 'drop.collection.drop()' before the inserts on the DB without succeed. Any idea how I can change the mongo DB by Mongeez everytime I start my app instead of deleting the DB ?
