First off I'd like to say welcome to the leadership team at Moneythink Cornell, our work over the next semester will be pivotal to the growth and success of our chapter.
The officer assignments were made as follows
Director of operations: Cristina Circu
-recruiting
-mentor management
You're leadership experience will be crucial to heading up our teams of mentors and delivering our curriculum to classrooms.
Director of education: Isaac
-curriculum development and mentor training
Your insight into teaching methods and expertise in finance are well-suited to developing creative and engaging lessons(our product), as well as important teaching tactics. Think of it as being like the R&D division of moneythink.
Together you will form the operations commitee, and your mission is to develop and polish a product (our lessons and mentors), figure out a delivery system (scheduling and coordinating mentors), and finally, execute, by getting the product to the classroom (holding the seminar).
Director of marketing: Joe Judge
Creating a successful campus brand
Creating awareness of our cause and generating interest in Moneythink is crucial: it means more successful recruiting for the operations comittee, and providing Moneythink with the lifeblood it needs through enthusiastic and motivated recruits.
Director of Expansion: Kuldip
-Establishing new locations and standardizing curriculum
Communicating with new schools and setting up prospecting runs (where we meet principles and teachers in person to pitch Moneythink to them). We'll talk strategy after the break.
We'll discuss every departments short term goals at our next meeting
