Hey guys,

This is a link from the Cornell Student Activities webpage.

Here are some things we will need to compile for our club proposal:

1). Description of the organization: purpose, membership, funding
sources, etc.

2). Contact information for all officers - full name, e-mail, NetID,
and phone number.
Required: at least four officers

3). Advisor's contact information - full name, department affiliation
and title, e-mail address, NetID, local capu address, and phone
number.

4). Our organization's constitution and bylaws in MS Word or PDF
format

5). Determine where we will be an 'Independent of University'
organization

Please note: registration is open, so the sooner we can get this
together the better.
