I'm trying to use offline servicing for the first time in quite a while. I'm trying to apply updates to a Windows 10 21H2 image but when I browsed for the updates available to apply there were only a few updates like a .NET 4.8 and a out of band update - but no cumulative updates.
Am I missing something?
I installed the updates that were available and now there's nothing available in the list of available updates.

Interestingly, I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 tablet running the same Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2, which I ran the same December Windows updates on, with Dropbox Version 163.4.5456, and when I connect it to my same Dropbox account, the Green "Available offline" icons show up just fine on every folder and file.

hello, I need to do an offline install of Windows Mixed Reality, I am running Windows 10 21H2, I don't see a link for that install package on -us/windows/application-management/manage-windows-mixed-reality. Can anyone share the correct link? Thanks!

I can move these over to the offline machine now, but I'm not sure what the proper way to install them is. Do I have to double click on each .cab and .msu file individually? Or do I just run the three .msu files in the 19041 folder? Or is there some way to install these using a batch or powershell script? I don't know the correct way to install all of these.

The question I have is, can I build the server and configure the service, without enabling it until we decide to make the cutover - aka leave it in an offline state and flip the switch when we're ready? Our existing DHCP is on our firewall appliance and I'm not sure how well the database will export/import into Windows DHCP service. So we're thinking this will be built from scratch.

Are we able to install drivers via their .inf files etc. using a PowerShell cmdlet? When Googling I found, Add-WindowsDriver but I think this one is for an offline Windows image. Does that mean an image that is not currently used on an OS? If not, please teach me how to write the parameters. Thank you!
