8pm: Bounce Pass City vs. Order on the Court (Quarter-Final)

Great Game!  I think BPC may be a little short handed tonight, but I hope not, because this should be some good basketball.  The X Factor is whether Big Anthony (formerly of Never Scared) shows up and plays hard.  There is no question about his potential and what his massive size can do.  The question is what he will do.  Will he be the center BPC needs him to be, and just lock down the lane and rip down the boards?  Will he defend well, and trust me, Oder on the Court demands great defense?  Both teams have superb guards, and Order has a big man too.  I give the edge to Order simply because I got no texts from them asking whether or not someone from another team can play with them.  And watch out,. BPC, things can get out of hand pretty quickly with these guys.  Order by 5.

9pm: Yushi vs. Candy Crushers (Semi-Final)

Let's rewind 5 weeks ago when these 2 played and I advised the Candy Crushers to not bring their girlfriends.  They responded by claiming the lead at halftime.  If the Candy Crushers are for real, we will know tonight.  However, no one has beaten Yushi when Yushi gives a shit, and tonight they will arrive fully loaded.  Monday Night is their night - gotta remember, some teams prefer the day over the court because their team is more available on some night.  Tonight is this night,  They will have all their guards, led by my MVP vote, Armondo Ciprian (PG).  No one in this league can defend him, but the Crushers are adept enough to employ help and switch D.  However, they better be really quick about the switching part, because every Yushi player can shoot well.  Their inside game remains the best if they have both Marcus and Malcolm, and I believe both will be present.  For the Candy Crushers, I say good luck, and you guys have become an impressive unit.  You could pull this one out if you play really smart and really well.  I'm just not betting on that.  Yushi by 15.
