It seems that a cooperative structure may be appropriate, where day to day decisions are made by an editiorial panel and a yearly meeting is held to ratify major changes. This is up for debate, of course.

I am also in favour of a cooperative structure. We should find out how NB Media Coop has structured themselves.
I think we should be separate from NB Media Coop, but cooperate and exchange content with them. News is about *local* and local in this case means greater Moncton.
