Win 32 binaries - Preprocessor-0.2 compatibility with 0.3 client

I found a copy of MoNavPreprocessor-0.2-Win32.7z, and was wondering
whether is was compatible with the 0.3 client binary for Windows32.

I do not remember, but I guess it is not. Do you know the map sets of

The following comments are for anyone who may be interested in this
topic in the future:

After I wrote the my initial query, and upon reflection, I decided
that the best course of action was to somehow get the ver 0.3 pre-
processor going. Since there is no Win binary available, and given
that I didn't have the skill to compile one myself, I thought I'd have
a go at getting Ubuntu Linux going (as a newbie) and maybe install ver
0.3 there instead. Much to my surprise Ubuntu was easy to install
alongside Win7. Then I found that a search in the Ubuntu Software
Centre (for "preprocessor") brought up MoNav, then seamlessly
installed it (in user/bin). I'm up and running! Thanks!
