0.3 Release

Hi,

Judging by the current state of the code it should be possible for us
to release a new build in May. I created a wiki page to document what
still needs to be done ( http://code.google.com/p/monav/wiki/Todo ).
If something comes into your mind just add it to it. I will create a
new branch for the release during the day. In this branch no new
features should be committed, only fixing existing ones / hiding
unfinished functionality / bug fixes.

The most important thing seems to be testing the current state of
MoNav extensively and find most bugs introduced by the new features
added during the last months.

After that we should implement a more frequent release schedule, about
4 times a year seems adequate.
