Windows build for Daemon

Hi,

Would it be possible to include a Windows build for the routing daemon
into the MoNav package, maybe as an optional component?

what about a second installer? Should be painful thanks to NSIS.

I'm willing to create an initial installer incase I get the binary built
without hassle. However, as I'm booting Windows only once in a while, I really
hope that another maintainer will take over the windows builds sooner or
later. There's nothing more annoying than an installer which installs a binary
which is not operational, I think.
