MonaServer as Service on Windows Server 2022

Hello,

I'm trying to start MonaServer2 as a service in Windows Server 2022.

Mona is installed in "C:\Program Files\MonaServer_Win64"
1. I open PowerShell (PS C:\Users\Administrator>)
2. I type "cd  'C:\Program Files\MonaServer_Win64'"
3. I get 

Application.cpp[134] MonaServer v2.723
Application.cpp[136] Load configuration file MonaServer.ini
ServerApplication.cpp[181] Service MonaServer doesn't exist
ServerApplication.cpp[182] MonaServer has been successfully registered as a service
PS C:\Program Files\MonaServer_Win64>
4. I find the service called "MonaServer" in "services.msc" and try to start it up, but i get error 
Windows could not start the MonaServer service on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Why? What am I doing wrong? If I start the MonaServer.exe manually it works like a charm and I used it as regular exe for years until now. Now I need the service.

Any help would be much appreceated!
