When trying to stream obs to monaserver via udp 1935, an error occurs regardless of the use of the key and creation in the www folder

trying to change the port gives the same error

I'm trying to repeat the guide( https://batoct.com/2020/02/23/low-latency-video-streaming-obs ) with the lowest possible delay via udp from obs to relay monaserver srt, but so far nothing has worked, does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? rtmp =>srt gives too much delay (3 seconds even on a local network
