Can't Link Go Pro to OBS with MonaServer

I am trying to connect my Go Pro 10 to OBS using MonaServer and it keeps being unable to find the connection. I have the MonaServer_Win64\MonaServer.exe running, it says RTMP server started on 0.0.0.0:1935 

I then control my GoPro with the Quik app and Set up a live stream. I type my IP address as rtmp://{IP Address}/ and then I hit set up live steam. It then says that it is ready to stream (exactly as it should so it isn't an issue on the Go Pro side). 

After I hit Go Live it works for exactly 6 seconds then comes up with an error that says Make sure your URL is correct and your streaming platform is not down. Then it cuts off. 

On the MonaServer side nothing has ever connected to it so I am pretty sure I am missing something that allows the connection. Is there additional software that must be on my machine in order for MonaServer to work correctly?
