Brothers

Due to unsafe working conditions at Seven Mountains Scout Camp and
forecasted weather throughout the rest of the weekend. The Woodchuck
Ordeal has been canceled.

What if I need to take my Ordeal?

Those needing to take their Ordeal this weekend will have their
opportunity extended into 2010. No set plans have been confirmed on a
date yet, but you will be able to take your Ordeal in 2010. We will
send out a notice to Brothers when a date will be set. You will not
have to be voted upon again by the members of your Unit.

2010 Conclave Meeting – Canceled

Also, the Conclave 2010 meeting set for Sunday has been canceled. We
will reschedule this meeting for an appropriate time and will send out
an email on when that meeting will take place.

Monaken Lodge is reminding all Brothers to be cautious when traveling
this weekend. From the weather reports and news reports, the
precipitation varies depending on where you are located, but the
damage is spread across the 4 counties as the heavy precipitation is
causing tree damage and unsafe travel.
