We are only 3 days from the largest Order of the Arrow event at Seven
Mountains Scout Camp. I would like to thank you for taking time out of
your schedule to be a part of this event and making this event special
for everyone in attendance. Before you arrive at Camp on the 11th, there
are some things that I need to mention:
Parking: Parking will be limited during the Conclave Weekend.
Therefore, all members of Monaken Lodge must carpool.
Arrival Time: All Staff is asked to be at Camp starting at 11am on
Friday. Staff should not be at Camp no later than 5pm. Lunch and Dinner
will be provided for all staff. If this is an issue, please contact Jon

Registration: If you have not paid your registration yet, that's
okay, you can pay your $30.00 upon arrival to Seven Mountains on the
11th. When you get to Camp, proceed straight to the registration
services located in the Maintenance Shed Parking Lot. Once you register,
you will receive camping assignment and parking assignment. There you
will receive your Conclave shirt and patches.
Med Form: To be able to participate in the Conclave, you must
bring your new Scout Medical/Health Form with Parts A and C completed.
Any other med form will not be accepted. You can download at copy of the
form online at
www.conclave2010.com/documents.
Uniform: All participants need to bring their Scout Uniform along
with OA Sash.
