1. Monaken Email Accounts to be offline September 20
Lodge email accounts (accounts ending with @oamonaken.org) will experience down time beginning September 20 at 8:00pm and continuing through September 21 at 10:00pm as the Communications Committee makes the transition to the incoming Lodge Officers. If you have questions during that time, please email mon...@oamonaken.org or online http://www.monaken.org/resources/questions.html.

2. September Conclave Meeting
The next meeting of the Conclave Committee will be Sunday September 20 at 2:00pm at the Pool Pavilion at Camp. More discussion on program and facilities will occur at that time. All Lodge Brothers are invited to attend this meeting as Monaken Lodge gets set to bring Conclave back to Seven Mountains Scout Camp in 2010.

The Lodge Leadership and Development Conference is set for September 26-27 at Seven Mountains Scout Camp. This two-day training is for all incoming Lodge and Chapter officers and advisers as well as all Committee chairman and their advisers. This conference will highlight Lodge goals, training, and development of Lodge leaders.

4. Miss NOAC2009? Here is your chance to be a part of the "Power of One"
Didn't get a chance to make it out to NOAC this year? Well if you did, you missed out one of the greatest times ever! But don't worry, we have you covered. Thanks to Tom and Sally Horn for the pictures, you can now get to experience what NOAC is all about. The next NOAC will be in 2012 and will be at Michigan State University...so make plans now to attend!
