Woodchuck Ordeal Update-Weather

If you know of someone who is coming to take their Ordeal this weekend, remind them to pack appropriate gear for the weather. While no rain is forecasted, Friday night expects to dip into the mid 40s. While the highs during the day Saturday is expected to get into the high 50s.

There is still time to sign up to take your Brotherhood! If you've been an Ordeal member for at least 10 months, you are eligible to take your Brotherhood! The cost to take your Brotherhood is $27 (if registered by 10/11) or $30 (registering after 10/11) -- which covers the cost of the sash and meals for the weekend. Registration will begin tonight at 6:00pm in the Dining Hall. All participants (except for Ordeal candidates) should report to the Dining Hall before taking gear to the cabins. Ordeal candidates should report to the OA Pavilion (above the Maintenance Shed) for registration.

For the service day Saturday from 8am-4pm, please bring work gloves and a leaf rake. Lunch will be provided by the Lodge for all those that register today. Meet in front of the Dining Hall by 7:50am to get work crews together.

Saturday night, the Lodge will host the Annual Woodchuck Wing Off. Come out and see who can eat the most wings. Shirts will be given out to those that evening. Also there will be a great program lined up in addition to the Wing Off....so come out and show your support for the Lodge.

Most important reminder: Please bring a copy of your Medical Form with you to the weekend. All we need is a copy of it -- don't bring the original. This is the new form that is required by National -- not the one that was used by the Lodge. Only Parts A and C need to be completed.
