God's Little Acres

Dear Parkland Mom's Group;

I am writing again to see if we can get your group's help with collecting Easter baskets for the local organization, God's Little Acres (GLA).  If you recall I wrote in December for Christmas gift donations, however, I got a late start and we were not able to do anything together. 

 
I would also like to take this opportunity to see if your group would be interested in becoming a sister partner with God' Little Acres.  In essence, we feel mom groups and women groups are the ideal groups that can empathize with the efforts of God’s Little Acres – helping families to give their terminally ill and severely disabled children a day of carefree fun. 

As our sister partner:

·         We ask that your group encourage any families that are in a challenging situation due to constant hospital visits and medical bills to get on our mailing list and/or come to the ranch and see how we can help provide some relief. 

·         As our sister, your group can set up a date to come out to the ranch with your children.  GLA is a wonderful training ground to introduce children to the meaning of giving back to those less fortunate. 

·         As our sister, if the timing is convenient, we appreciate your help with collections for the regular holiday events held at GLA.

·         We hope that you will join us at our fundraising events and mingle with the other very important locals that have adopted GLA as one of their charities.
