Well I didn't replied earlier was because I wanted to see the response & also see what others have in mind, any hint’s , any one with the same idea,

Ok,  Before we proceed, I would like to share what exactly I have in my mind,

Please let us have no illusion that we can make the Next - Best Smartphone, not as yet, for sure,

Look as I said, my focus is on giving something that is good on specs, people can have after sales services & that is also not very expensive & all this in a new designed phone, yes practically all phones this days looks the same, feel the same.

Specially Samsung is cheating people on the other models that are out of the focus either by giving them names like the more prominent one’s, say a Samsung Galaxy S3 will have a mini version that is no more than a marketing gimmick & people are easily fooled & buy product that is not mini but an altogether cheaper version phone.

Apple can go from 4 to 4s without much thought & yet all the fan boys are easily fooled into buying a new iPhone,

Micromax is selling all re branded Chinese phones & we Indians are believing that it being an Indian company we should buy Indian product but then it is only making money for itself & have yet not taking pain to come up with a design of it its own or a product that can stand out from the crowd & held its own with the hardware & software people.

Goggles nexus phones are pretty much what comes closer to what I want but then again this phones are not available in India as they should be,

So yes, at this moment  of time, because of zero R & D, we practically cannot beat the Giants, but being honest in our approach, can gather the best of the available specs, bundle them in a good design phone,

My idea of going forward would be to concentrate on a city, say Mumbai, which doesn’t mind spending money & say Bangalore with the young crowd,

Have few prototype phones, in hundreds, spread them across friends & let the word of mouth magic work.

Have a website; tie up with flipkart for selling phones. Lets the phones sell itself, then slowly but surely, increase the numbers with the demand & go forward with the same strategy unless say we can come out in the open.

So friends I would like you’ll also to share the ideas that can make this practical,

Hint. There are no phones that are women centric; I believe a Flip phone with the Razr II design, metal body in metallic color would be a good bet,

also a 5.3 inch Windows phone with a qwerty keyboard (touch &type) would be ideal for business users.

So let’s just begin, lets just prepare the ground work, see that we don't look novice, we can hit the VC's for sure with credible groundwork at our hand,

Sabir
