Wants to make my own Smart Phone - the best India can make

Hi, 

India as a Smartphones is still growing & we have what

1) foreign companies more or less looking at our market as an afterthought & dumping old stuff or tweaking hardware with lesser specs

2) Indian companies are only more or less selling imported items that are predominantly renamed cheap Chinese mobile phones or tablets with hardware that aren't top league.

i am thinking of having a phone, with Top of the line Specs, with after sale service to match & phones that are only limited to our country. 

well Micro max may be selling a quad core phone for cheap but the fact is the hardware they use is cheap & not top of the league & yes they are making money on it as much samsung is on a s3 or s4, so with better pricing, we can yet have a phone that is truly world class & don't cost a bomb  & again limited to India

something really cool & worthy, 

hope to connect with like minded people,  

Note * will have to start from the scratch, with not much funding at disposal
