Imam Musa ibn Ja'far al-Kazim(A.S.),
the Seventh Holy Infallible Imam's matchless devotion and worship of Allah
swt, earned him the titles of "Abd-e-Saleh" and "Bab-ul-Hawaij" (The Door to fulfilling peoples'
needs).
The Holy Imam (A.S.) was confined in prisons for 14 years by the
ruling Abbasid caliphs and finally martyred by poisoning in the prison of Baghdad on
25th Rajab, 183 A.H., by the tyrant and cruel Abbasid caliph Harun
al-Rashid.
On this sad occasion, we extend
our Heartfelt Grief and Condolences to all the Shiias and the Lovers of Holy
Ahlul Bayt(a.s.) throughout the world.
Imam
(a.s.)'s words to Hisham in which he offered this advice to his
son:
ï؟½This world is a deep ocean in which many
knowledgeable people have drowned.
In this
ocean, Taqwa should be your ship;
Your cargo
should be Iman (true faith);
Your sail on
this ship should be Tawakkul (complete reliance on
Allah);
The captain
should be reason (Aql);
Your guide
should be Knowledge (Ilm) and
Your anchor
should be patience (Sabr).ï؟½
