If you are having some problems loading an flp into FLPXport or FLPXtract, it would speed up
our response time greatly if you could include the following details:

- Attach the FLP that caused the error. (If you'd like the flp to be private send it via email to admin[@]molura.com)
- Attach screenshots or better still a video. (TipCam)
