This is the first release of MolTK. The purpose of release 0.4.1 is
to exercise our software pipeline end-to-end all the way to the final
installer release stage. Windows users with Python 2.7 should be able
to use the MolTK 0.4.1 python module to align sequences. Download the
installer at http://code.google.com/p/moltk/downloads/list. Please
try it out and report problems and requests at http://code.google.com/p/moltk/issues/list
