Here is a summary of our plans for release 0.5. We hope to release
around the beginning of 2012.
Features slated for MolTK release 0.5:
* Sequence alignment features of Sequoia, implemented in C++ and
python.
* API documentation.
* User's guide.
What won't be in 0.5:
* Graphical user interface.
* Structure alignment.
