Question:

I have made a number of modifications to my ligand using the ICM 3D Ligand Editor. How do I save each modification to a chemical spreadsheet.

Answer:

In the ICM 3D Ligand Editor there is a button that will save your current modification to a spreadsheet. This allows you to return to the modified ligand at any time simply by double clicking on it in the spreadsheet.
