How to update my PDB index to the latest one?

Q. How do I update my PDB index to the latest one?
A. MolSoft updates the PDB index daily, but to access the latest structures, you need to manually download the updated index.

To update your PDB index:

1. Click on the Search tab.

2. Then either:

   • Click the "Download PDB Index" button (as shown in the attached picture), or

   • Go to Edit → PDB Updates and More...

This will download the latest index and ensure you can retrieve the most recent PDB entries.
