Is there a size limit of the enumeration of a library by Markush?

Q. I am enumerating a library using Markush - is there a size limit to the database that is created?

There is a preference TOOLS.enumerationMemoryLimit which is set to 50K by default.

If the result library exceeds this limit the output will be redirected to the file. A message will be displayed in the terminal window with the file name.
