To run ICM on the windows command line

1. Run the windows cmd.exe console.

2. type:

"C:\Program Files\Molsoft LLC\ICM-Pro\icmconsole64.exe" 

Example for docking using _dockScan:

"C:\Program Files\Molsoft LLC\ICM-Pro\icmconsole64.exe"  _dockScan mydock -a -S confs=10 effort=3.

TIP - Set path to ICM-Pro so you do not need to type C:\Program Files\Molsoft LLC\ICM-Pro\icmconsole64.exe each time:

Follow these steps and see screenshot below

•  Advanced system settings
  
• Advanced' tab
  
• Environment variable' button
  
• Edit...' for user
  
• add ;
  
• add c:\Program Files\Molsoft LLC\ICM-pro
  
• Press 'OK' and relaunch the command prompt window.
  
• you should be able to run 'icmsconole64.exe' anywhere without full path specification.
