After Installing Mollify i get the Following message:

Failed to initialize Mollify

I cant even log in. In the error logs is the following:

[Thu Jan 15 21:35:06 2015] [error] [client 87.167.201.86] Directory
index forbidden
by Options directive:

I set some .htaccess in the directories with Option +Indexes

But it doesnt help....

What should i do to get Mollify running?

Those apache errors indicate
- index has been prevented by config
- there is no default index document (like index.html)

First one could be fixed by setting "Options +Indexes" etc, but the point is that index is not required in backend folder. You should not even request index in this folder..

So I doubt this is even related. Instead take a look at the PHP error log, it might something totally different.

Well, then it never even gets to the PHP, and is not handled by the app.

Just to check, I hope you are not opening "suicide-pixel.com/httpdocs/dms/backend/" in your browser? The app is in the dms folder, so leave out the backend.

And of course you have to run the installer first.

Of course not. I did anything like the installation guide told me. I reinstalled Mollify and get this Message:
[Fri Jan 23 18:22:09 2015] [warn] [client 217.246.18.40] mod_fcgid: stderr: MOLLIFY ERROR: PHP error #2, require_once(configuration.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory (/var/www/vhosts/suicide-pixel.com/httpdocs/dms/backend/r.php:69), referer: http://dms.suicide-pixel.com/

Well, that error sounds like you don't have the "configuration.php" under folder "backend". At least PHP does not find it.

It's hard to believe there is no PHP error log, because I visited your site and just by looking at the request response, I got this:

{"code":999,"error":"Unexpected server error","details":"PHP error #2, mysqli_connect(): (HY000\/1135): Can't create a new thread (errno 11); if you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug (\/var\/www\/vhosts\/suicide-pixel.com\/httpdocs\/dms\/backend\/db\/mysql\/MySQLIDatabase.class.php:128)","data":null

So yes, your PHP server fails to connect to mysql, and this should be in the error log. The actual error is unknown to me, never heard of "Can't create a new thread" error from MySQL. You should try googling this error to see what is the common reason for it, and ask your host provider if they can do something about it (and at the same time you should ask where are the PHP error logs written, or if not written anywhere, why not. it's absurd you don't see these in the logs).

If this site is maintained by you, first check out the PHP server configuration to see what are the logging options, is it set to "don't log anything" level (as this makes no sense, errors should of course be logged) and what is the log file path set.
