Weekly planner like Moleskine

I am needing help finding a suitable planner for 2009. I am looking
for something similar to the pocket-size Moleskine weekly - two page
layout - planner.
What the Moleskine doesn't seem to have is a large notes section in
the back or a hard cover. I just may not be finding this version in
the stores. Here is what I'm looking for.
1. Back pocket size
2. Hard cover
3. Weekly two-page layout
4. Notes section in the back - maybe 20 plus pages.
5. The elastic strap to keep the book closed.
Additionally, I would like it to be Fountain pen friendly,
I know it's a lot, but if anyone has any clue where to go, I'd
appreciate it.
