documentation incorrect regarding `--parallel` usage

Hey guys, I was recently tripped up by some faulty documentation and thought I should bring it to your attention:

On the usage page (https://molecule.readthedocs.io/en/stable/usage.html) the syntax given to check/destroy/test in parallelizable mode is
molecule --parallel COMMAND

and on the examples page (https://molecule.readthedocs.io/en/stable/examples.html#running-molecule-processes-in-parallel-mode) the syntax is

molecule COMMAND --parallel

The former syntax is incorrect and throws an error. The usage page should be corrected. Thanks for your attention!
