GC-MS DECONVOLUTION FAILED JOB

The m/z alignment module has failed, which could be an indication that the algorithm did not have enough information. Try running more files (>10 would be best), you can include standards of compounds that you expect to detect, for example. Just make sure the data are collected with the same protocol.

Yes, you can de offline deconvolution with MZmine, MS-DIAL etc. and use the deconvolution output as an input for the library search workflow.
