I have few files from lc-ms/ms analysis from Waters lc-ms instrument. Can someone assist me in file conversion to run on GNPS. I will be highly grateful.

Hello,

Which type of Waters instrument do you have? For synapts I use msconvert with only 1 line Waters DDA
