Filename header not in metadata file

Sorry, same question as some other users. I downloaded the Trinity Example metadata file and used it as a template for my metadata file: added "filename" as the first column, together with the filenames from the Feature table, saved it a *.txt file, but the job terminates with the error:

Read length of metadata 16 Empty line filtered length of metadata 16 filename header not in metadata file.

The FeatureTable comes from MSDial so there are no *.mzML files as per the Trinity Example, so I cant figure out what else I am doing wrong. I attach the metadata txt file

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks  @kontoue...@gmail.com - I renamed the metadata file to *.tsv and now it runs.
