Error message - Molecular networking

Hello GNPS community,

I am trying to run few of my data files for Molecular networking analysis and it always ends up with an error message which states the following:

There was an error retrieving the result data for block "main" of workflow type "METABOLOMICS-SNETS-V2".

Also, when I do a library search, it gives just one hit in one of the files.

I am unable to understand what could be wrong. I am pretty new to GNPS. Any help would be appreciated!

It’s likely you’re looking at library matches and there aren’t any. We’re trying to improve this in future versions!
